The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to reach us. You can check whether your return has arrived at our facility using your tracking number. The processing time can take up to 14 days. Once it has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.

After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used for your purchase. Once we have initiated the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Please register your return via your customer account with us. Alternatively, you can also send us an email at info@la-ive.de with the specific items. We will then provide you with the return address.

The return can be dropped off at a post office near you. Please send the goods via parcel (insured, including tracking number).

You can return your order to us within 14 days of the invoice date.

We do not offer an exchange service. Please place a new order for this and return the other item to us.

LA‘ Ive uses exclusively 100% high-quality real human hair. For this, the hair is sorted individually and carefully hand-woven into the attachment points.

The product photos are very close to the actual color tone. In addition, the color depth and color nuance are mentioned in the product description. You are also welcome to order our sample strands for color matching. We are also happy to provide advice based on photos. It is important that photos are of good quality and taken in different lighting conditions (daylight / artificial light). 

Since LA ‘Ive hair is made of 100% human hair, it can also be styled with a hair straightener or curling iron.

Important: Never exceed 180°C, as this can cause irreparable damage to both the extensions and your own hair.

Since we use only premium quality for LA‘ Ive, the tapes can be reapplied several times with good care. You can find new adhesive for reapplying the tapes in our shop.

The adhesive can loosen due to incorrect care products. Therefore, only use care products without silicone, oil, or alcohol. Care oil can be used on the lower ends as long as a sufficient distance from the attachment point is maintained. Further detailed information can be found in our care instructions. 

Yes, thanks to our nearly invisible connection points, a braid can be made.

Yes, but please only use special extension brushes.

Double Drawn = full, compact ends

Since our Invisible Tapes were specially developed for fine hair, we consciously rely on Single Drawn quality. The naturally tapering ends blend harmoniously with your own hair and ensure a particularly natural result.

That is why Single Drawn at LA’ Ive is a conscious decision for naturalness, fine attachments, and optimal wearing comfort.

We generally always recommend professional application at a hair salon, as they possess the necessary expertise and skills and can also blend the tapes with a haircut. (It is not a profession with a 3-year apprenticeship plus further training for the application of extensions for nothing.) However, there are also many customers who apply the hair themselves, so in principle, it is also possible to apply the hair at home/yourself.

The tapes should be moved up after 6-10 weeks (depending on the thickness of your natural hair).

As digital products are non-physical goods, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
