FAQ
LA' Ive uses only 100% human hair of the highest quality. For this purpose, the hairs are individually sorted and carefully woven into the joints by hand.
The product photos are very close to the real color shade. In addition, the color level as well as color shade is mentioned in the product description. You are also welcome to order our trial strands for color matching. We are also happy to advise on the basis of photos. Important here are photos in good quality and different exposure (daylight / artificial light) necessary.
Since LA 'Ive hair is 100% human hair, they can also be styled with a straightener or curling iron.
Important: Never over 180°C, otherwise extensions, as well as own hair can be irreparably damaged.

Since we only use premium quality for LA' Ive, the tapes can be raised several times with good care. You can find new glue to put up the tapes in the store.
The adhesive can become loose if the wrong care products are used. Therefore, only use care products without silicone, oil or alcohol. Care oil in the lower tips can be used if there is enough distance to the joint. You can find more detailed information in our care instructions.

Since our extensions are for fine hair, we offer the invisible tapes in Single Drawn quality. Due to the Single Drawn quality, the tapes fit perfectly to the natural hair. A Double Drawn quality is not optimal for fine hair, especially since with woven tapes only a certain number of hairs can be firmly woven in, so that they hold tightly in the tape band.
(Single Drawn = Natural Tips / Double Drawn = Full Tips).

In principle, we always recommend the professional training at the hairdresser, because he has the necessary technical competence and ability and can also additionally adjust the tapes with a cut. (It is not for nothing a profession with 3 years of apprenticeship including further training for the incorporation of extensions). However, there are also many female customers who insert the hair themselves, so in principle, the incorporation of the hair at home / themselves is also possible.
The tapes should be put back up after 6-10 weeks (depending on the thickness of the natural hair).
Shipping & Return
Due to the current situation, we have decided that we provide the hair with a hygiene seal. We also do this so that every customer can be sure that you are the first to hold the hair in your hands and no other customer has already held the hair in your own hair in advance. We would like to keep this for hygiene reasons and can therefore only take back unopened packages.
