Would you like to return something?
You can send your order back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the goods are undamaged.
LA' Ive GmbH reserves the right to reject the goods if the hygiene seal is damaged, as the hair is a hygiene product. In this case, the hair will be sent back and the cancellation is invalid.
Would you like to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a direct exchange service. We ask you to simply reorder the desired item and send the other item back to us as a return.
This is how you send items back!
Please report your return to us via your customer account. Alternatively, you can also send us an email to info@la-ive.de with the exact items. We will then give you the return address.
Items that are returned to us without a return being requested beforehand will not be accepted.
The return can be dropped off at a post office near you. Please send the goods by insured parcel (including tracking number).
Please be sure to note the order number #order number on the shipping label or parcel to enable precise allocation.
Who bears the costs for the return?
The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer.
Has my return parcel arrived with you?
Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to reach us. You can see whether your return has been received by us using your tracking number. The processing process can take up to 14 days. Once it has been processed, you will receive information by email.
When will I receive the refund?
After the return has been processed, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used to pay. As soon as we have initiated the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
