You want to return something ?

You can return your order within 14 days from the invoice date. Please make sure that the goods are undamaged. LA' Ive Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse the goods if the hygiene seal is damaged, as the hair is a hygiene product. In this case the hair will be returned and the cancellation is invalid. 

You want to exchange an item ?

Currently we do not offer an exchange service. Please place a new order and send the other item back to us as a return.

How to return items !

Please register your return via your customer account. Alternatively, you can also send us an email to with the exact items. We will then inform you of the return address.

The return can be dropped off at a post office near you. Please send the goods by package (insured including tracking number).

Who pays the costs for the return ?

The costs for the return are to be paid by the customer.

Has my return package arrived with you ?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to reach us. You can see whether your return has been received by us by looking at your tracking number. The processing process can take up to 14 days. When it is processed, you will receive an information by email..

When will I receive the refund ?

After processing the return, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you paid from. Once we have processed the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
