Simply register, return securely and receive a refund.
1. Sign up
Report your return by email to info@la-ive.de within 14 days of receiving your order, or via your customer account. Please include your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Send
Carefully pack the items and send them to our return address within 14 days of your cancellation.
We recommend shipping with tracking.
3. Reimburse
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Who bears the cost of the return shipment?
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Has my return package arrived at your location?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to reach us. You can check whether your return has arrived at our facility using your tracking number. The processing time can take up to 14 days. Once it has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.
When will I receive the refund?
After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used for your purchase. Once we have initiated the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Would you like to exchange an item?
We do not offer an exchange service. Please place a new order for this and return the other item to us.
Digital products?
As digital products are non-physical goods, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
