Refund policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (company LA' Ive GmbH, Taubenweg 22, 73113 Ottenbach, phone number: 01522 4096762 , e-mail address: info@la-ive.de) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If you refuse to accept delivery, the reimbursement will be less the original delivery costs, the direct costs of returning the goods, and any additional costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods (in particular customs duties, import taxes, or other return transport costs), provided that these costs are borne by you or were caused by your refusal to accept delivery.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For deliveries outside the European Union, this also applies to all additional costs incurred, in particular customs duties and import fees.
LA' Ive GmbH reserves the right to refuse the goods if the hygiene seal is damaged. In this case, the hair will be returned to you, and cancellation is no longer possible.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of revocation
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of
- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
-digital products, as these are non-physical goods, there is no right of withdrawal according to Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
