All orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, you do not have to pay any customs duties or import taxes for orders within the EU.

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to LA' Ive GmbH, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. It is recommended that you ask the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
